I know that allot of you reading this will suffer with either anxiety,depression or both, i want you to know that you not alone!
Anxiety
I know a lot of people who have anxiety and i so happen to have it myself and im going to just say it,its HORRIBLE.You constantly feel like your being jugged on everything you do or say, allot of the time if you have anxiety it can lead on to having panic attacks witch is even worse than having anxiety.When you have a panic attack they could of been started by anything,I get them when im stressed,nervous or feel claustrophobic.Wen they happen you feel like all the walls are closing in on you it turns dark and you just feel alone (this might just happen to me , leave a comment saying what happens to you).If you no someone who has panic attacks or anxiety they go and tell them how strong they are cause its allot that they have to put up with.
Depression
I dont know that much about depression, i do feel depressed sometimes so im just going to say how i feel(feel free to correct me), when i feel depressed I usually just want to sit in my room to a year in pitch black.I feel like no matter what someone says I will be alone through it,people tell me to cheer up but that just makes me feel more depressed at the fact I dont look happy to other people.Depression can be a very dark lonely place where you feel unloved by everyone even though they coud be showing you the biggest amount of love and respect towards you as they possibly can.So i bet you wondering what can you do to stop it? Well first you cant go to your doctors and they can help you , surround yourself with things you love and relax or you can take time to think you only have one life and what ever is making you feel depressed is just a bump in the road and you CAN get over it.
